Staff undergo complete background checks which include CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checks and referenced working history.
What experience do you have in the security industry?
Iron Hill Global carry over 30 years’ experience in the industry. We have past experience in corporate, residential, construction and event security. We have also undertaken risk analysis and crisis management in hostile regions across the globe.

Our team have significant security experience across an array of services. All staff have been full vetted and are all covered by liability insurance. We dedicate a project manager to each task to ensure quality control.
How long can you operate for at a single location?
IHG are available 365 days a year for all projects with an unlimited duration.
What parts of the UK do you cover?
We have the ability to operate in all areas of the United Kingdom. We are able to be on most sites within a week
How do you monitor security guards?
We have a dedicated team of project managers who are required to make physical visits to sites. Guards/employees working on site are also required to report back to these managers on a daily basis. The manager will be the first point of contact for clients for all updates and information on site progress.
Iron Hill Global undertake all necessary steps to ensure privacy and compliance of GDPR laws. We ensure absolute discretion for all of our clients. Iron Hill Global abide by all of the statutory ICO codes of practice.

Are guards presented in uniform?
Yes. Guard are always in full uniform unless a situation requires otherwise.
As part of our commitment to offering a superior service, we compile Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports based on our client’s requirements. For larger projects, we also offer daily reports on all aspects of work that we are covering on site.
How do we drive value?
Iron Hill Global provide multi-talented personnel to each of our clients. They are able to manage several aspects of a site including, but not limited to, guarding, front desk services and patrolling. This allows us to maintain a productive, streamlined service, whilst delivering maximum efficiency and value to our clients.
Timeframe from quote to work start?
Once a quote has been agreed, Iron Hill Global will determine which members of the team are best suited to the project. We always conduct a basic induction, however based on urgency, our clients can expect us to be operational within a week where necessary. In cases of less urgency, we will hold on site meetings with our client to establish the key objectives and introduce the parties to each other before proceeding.
